Kumpra ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

Data We Collect

Automatically Collected

• Anonymous User ID — When you first open Kumpra, a unique anonymous account is created automatically using Firebase Authentication. This ID is used solely to sync your data across your devices. No personal information is required.

Optionally Provided

If you choose to sign in with Apple to share a household with others, we may collect:

• Name — Used as your display name within your household.
• Email Address — Used to associate your account with your Apple ID. You may choose to hide your email using Apple's private relay.

User-Generated Content

The app stores data you create, including:

• Grocery list items
• Meals and ingredients
• Week plans
• Home inventory items
• Household membership and settings

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the app's functionality:

• Syncing grocery lists, meals, and inventory across your devices and household members in real time.
• Displaying your name to other household members (if you sign in with Apple).

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering the core app experience.

Data Storage

All data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google. Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. For more information, see Firebase's privacy documentation.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessible to:

• You and the members of your household (if you use household sharing).
• Firebase infrastructure for the purpose of data storage and synchronization.

Tracking

Kumpra does not track you. We do not use any tracking technologies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics services.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you use the app. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@green-cloud.nl and we will process your request promptly.

Children's Privacy

Kumpra is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app can be used without providing any personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
